These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the Premier Air Sealing LLC ("we," "us," "our") website and services. By requesting a quote, booking a service, or using our website, you agree to these Terms.
Services
Premier Air Sealing provides duct sealing and related HVAC maintenance services, including Aeroseal and Duct Armor applications, duct cleaning, and CFM leak testing, for residential and commercial properties in our service area (Morris, Bergen, Passaic, Essex, and surrounding North Jersey counties).
Quotes & Pricing
Quotes are estimates based on information provided (square footage, property type, etc.) and may be adjusted after an on-site inspection. Final pricing is confirmed before work begins.
Scheduling & Cancellations
Appointments are scheduled in half-day windows and confirmed in advance. We request 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Same-day cancellations or no-shows may incur a service fee.
Payment
Payment is due upon completion of service unless other terms are agreed in writing. Deposits may be required for larger commercial jobs. Accepted payment methods will be provided at booking.
Warranty
Aeroseal carries a 10-year warranty; Duct Armor carries a 15-year warranty. Warranty coverage requires enrollment in and maintenance of an active annual maintenance plan. Warranty is void if maintenance is not kept current, or if damage results from causes outside normal use.
Communications Consent
By providing your phone number or email, you consent to receive calls, texts, and emails from us regarding scheduling, service updates, and related communications. See our Privacy Policy for details.
Limitation of Liability
To the extent permitted by law, Premier Air Sealing LLC is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of our services. Our total liability is limited to the amount paid for the specific service in question.
Property Access
Customers are responsible for providing safe and reasonable access to ductwork and HVAC systems for inspection and service.
Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of New Jersey.
Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms periodically. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
